Gmail will sunset its simple HTML view in January 2024. After this date, Gmail will automatically change to its standard view. Also—Gmail is now rejecting unauthenticated mail, so ensure to have Domain Keys Identified Mail (DKIM) or Sender Policy Framework (SPF) set up. While marketers are most interested in organic social media to reach their target audiences, research shows that consumers prefer to communicate with brands via email.
